We both thought the beginning was slow, that Jackal stole the show, and that Allie’s constant inner dialogue drama about being a vampire was a bit annoying. Great minds! And great review. It’s really too bad that this one was such a let down for you after being such a fan of the first one. But here’s hoping she’ll go all out for the third book!
